Your office has always been wonderful to work with. When we had to change insurance companies due to our previous company being more of a discount organization than a real insurance company, you were most helpful and patient as we worked through that process, eventually getting a good solid dental plan that was among those you recommended to us. I would just say keep up the good work in all phases of your business. When we visit there, we aren't worried about Dr. Brown or any others trying to sell us dental work we don't need. That's a real comfort too because as laymen, so to speak, we have to depend upon the advice we are given. My experience so far has been phenomenal. I got a crown, and pretty much from the moment it was put in, I was already used to it, it felt so natural and comfortable.
